The retreat center is on the island of Lolland, about one hour forty-five minutes drive from Copenhagen, two and a half hours from Hamburg, Kiel and Rendsburg, and less than five hours from Berlin. See how to get here below.

Driving from Copenhagen

  1. Take highway E47 south, towards Rødby.
  2. Get off at Exit 48 and continue in the direction of Maribo.

Driving from Germany

  1. Drive north on the A1, take the E47 and follow it to Puttgarden ferry terminal.
  2. You can ride the ferry on foot or bring your car with you. See the Scandlines website for prices and timetables.

By train from Copenhagen

RE trains to Rødbyhavn (shown as “Rødby Færge”) leave every hour from Copenhagen Central station, and take two to three hours. You can book your tickets online.

By train from Germany

Trains from many north German stations go to Puttgarden. The train drives onto the ferry, you can leave the train on the ferry, and leave the ferry on foot at Rødbyhavn.

Pickup from Rødbyhavn

If you’re coming without a car, we’ll be happy to pick you up at Rødbyhavn when your train or ferry arrives. To make sure you don’t have to wait, please let us know at least a few hours before you arrive. To cover petrol, we ask for €7 / 50 DKK per shuttle trip.
